„Meteor“ is a business building with accompanying exhibition facilities, warehouses, and service areas. The concept of the solution of the object, both the physical structure and the parterre solution derived from requirements given by city planning documentation and project brief.

The building is divided functionally and visually into two architectural units – the business and commercial zones of the building. Behind the building is the area of a large economic yard, which primarily serves as a manipulative space for carriers and trucks for unloading and loading goods.
On the ground level, there is a main entrance with a reception hall, a showroom, and a universal conference room with 50 seats which may be divided into two smaller rooms if needed. The main entrance can be visually and functionally connected with the showroom and multi-purpose hall and is thus used as a unique space in the case of cocktail parties or similar occasions.
