The residential–business building with a garage is located on the corner of Mihajla Pupina Boulevard and John Kennedy Street. The character of the location caused the consistent design of the building according to the valid urban planning documents, with a careful interpretation of the spatial and design result. The location is planned for the construction of a residential building with a smaller part of the business area.

As the basic purpose of the facility is housing, hence the designed apartments are located from the first to the seventh-withdrawn floor. There are 16 flats on each level.
Because of the total length of the building, which is in the shape of the Cyrillic letter П. The building is divided into 6 lamellas with a total of 6 communication cores – separate entrances with vertical communications (staircase+elevator). There are 12 shops on the ground level. The shops are double-oriented: towards the street and the yard. The underground level is intended for parking, tenants’ common rooms, and technical areas.
