The residential part of the building is composed of four lamellas, with a total number of apartments over 200. The apartments have different structures and surfaces.
Shops are designed on the ground floor of the residential part of the building. Office space is designed according to the shell & core principle. The garage is designed below the entire building, with separate entrances for business and residential parts.
