The facade walls are partly planned as ytong block plastered on both sides, and partly reinforced concrete wall which is plastered on the inside, and thermal insulation of TP stone wool is installed on the outside. The final treatment of the facade walls is plastering and gluing of facade brick veneers. The roof is flat, impassable, and hidden behind the roof cornices. The outer parts of the flat roof – impassable parts of the terraces are properly insulated and in one part greened (planters).
The free areas on the plot are treated with asphalt coating and planters with low and bushy greenery are placed on them, and a special part of the plateau is intended for a children’s playground, the final covering of which is tartan. Green areas in contact with the ground are grassed with grass mixtures of drought-resistant species. In those parts, shrubby and tall vegetation of deciduous and coniferous vegetation is planned.
