Vehicular access to the building is possible from the Stjepana Ljubiša access road, from where you can enter the underground garage with a car lift. The parking of vehicles, employees, and users is solved by an underground garage on two levels. The facade is divided vertically into two units, the left side is lined with terracotta-colored brick tiles, while the right side is predominantly white.
The object’s purpose is multiple. The ground floor of the building has two entrances, one for the premises and one for the residential area. The premises can be accessed from the main road. The floors of the building are exclusively for residential use, with two apartments per floor. The structural system is skeletal, based exclusively on columns and mezzanine ceilings, as well as a reinforced concrete core around vertical communication. This enables the greatest possible flexibility concerning the spaces of all units, which could be changed at the request of the user in the future. The facade walls of the building’s ground floor facing the street are partly planned as aluminum curtain walls of the Schueco FWS 50 type and solid walls with a windy facade finish. The facade walls on the standard floors are provided as a thermal block and reinforced concrete wall that is plastered with cork facade on both sides and on the outside, fleece sheets are glued, or they are finished with plaster and painted with facade paint.
