The project for the reconstruction and upgrade of the printing building originated from the need to provide space for a new printing machine from the well-known Swiss manufacturer Wifag. The new part is merged with the existing building, towards Milutin Milanković Street.

In the longitudinal direction, it is divided into two parts – a printing hall that is being added to the extension of the existing printing hall, in which a new printing machine is installed, and a part that includes a garage in the basement, press and auxiliary rooms on the ground floor and the press command room on the first floor as well as an administrative room on the 2nd floor.

The facade of the building is a combination of classic aluminum curtain walls and aluminum facade panels.
