The client intended to develop a multifunctional residential business complex, which would fit the needs of modern users and up to the nowadays standards. The complex is open to the surrounding streets and public areas with its commercial function (there are lots of small business units of different users). At the same time, this complex tends to create a more intimate zone – an internal courtyard, with children’s playgrounds and green areas.

Designed as a compound of several thematical areas which are connected, this district is filled with greenery and pedestrian paths and plateaus for organizing all sorts of social happenings or commercial purposes.
The disposition of buildings relating to each other leaves enough space for outer visions, and at the same time, keeps the intimacy of the inner courtyard. As well as its materialization and architectural expression, this complex offers a true atmosphere of the modern way of living and doing business in a wider urban area.
