The residential and business complex “Lastavice” is located in Novi Beograd block 58 in the zone of mixed city centers. The complex consists of two corner buildings, designed in the form of the Latin letter L, as two independent units. The number of floors of the complex is -3+GF+9+RF, and with this approach, it builds on the urban parameters of the surrounding existing buildings in the immediate vicinity (Sakura Park and Belleville complex. Vertically, the buildings are also divided into two functional units: business (business apartments) and residential (apartments).

Functional and modern architecture is imposed by pronounced horizontality on the facade, which makes the project fit in a modern way into the old buildings of New Belgrade with its modernist design. Between the buildings, there is a diagonal public pedestrian communication that connects the buildings.
Vehicular access to the complex is provided from the Nova 4 access road, from where you enter the underground garage with a two-lane heated ramp, and from the Nova 3 side access road, which is accessed from the underground garage with a two-lane ramp. Pedestrian access is possible from both mentioned streets and the pedestrian path located on the plot between both buildings. The parking of vehicles, tenants, employees, and users is solved by an underground garage on three levels, and small parking capacities on the plot are also planned.
