Business complex FortyOne is the first LEED gold-certified office space in Belgrade. The complex is located on Milutin Milanković Boulevard and consists of three buildings under which an underground garage permeates. The objects of the complex are cubic forms with simple lines. Simple lines make it easier to see the form and arrange the functional units within the objects. The facade primarily contains surfaces under glass curtain walls, which are “bordered” with white facade elements. At the corners, over the glass curtain wall, blinds are placed, which, primarily, have the role of protection from the sun, but also additionally emphasize the structure, and give the complex dynamism.

The building is designed as a “shell and core” so that the public and service spaces are separated from the spaces for rent, which are given as maximally flexible in terms of division and internal organization. In the exterior, the ground floor stands out as a floor with a higher floor height.
The ground floor area contains an entrance hall with a hall that is a connection to the stair cores in the building. The hall of the building is a central place that is functionally connected to all floors of the building, except for the rest of the ground floor, which is made up of premises oriented towards the outside.
