Conceptually, the base of the business building ”X” is designed to respond to adjacent buildings and create the ideal base size, optimal sun conditions, and office space flexibility. We introduced moderate curvature with a zigzag curtain wall which gave the building a unique and recognizable character and provide the possibility for the terrace in the inner courtyards while at the same time, the protection from the sun was increased.

The building consists of two volumes from the front and back in which two atriums with curved balconies are made, which established communications with the public street on the front and the southern sunny side in the backyard.
The facade design consists of two dominant elements: horizontal, black, perforated balconies that structure the look of the building and glass panels from the floor to the ceiling that interrupt the correctness of the horizontal. Partially integrated balconies and terraces expand office space and function as recreation and customer meetings. The projected ground of the building opens to the surrounding area, providing the maximum public space on the plot. Commercial and retail stores are planned on the ground floor, as well as the main hall for the building. The GTC X will be certified Gold LEED.
