The form of the residential-business building is angular and is positioned in the shape of the letter U, so such a design concept is subordinate to the functional one. The ground floor of the building is intended for commercial use, while the upper floors are intended as residential units. With three underground floors of the garage, the number of floors of the building varies from P+6+Ps to P+12, which means that the designed complex, in terms of urban planning parameters, fully fits into the existing urban context (A block, Delta City, Belleville). Vehicular access to the complex is possible from Uroša Martinovića Street as well as from Bulevar Crvene Armije Street, from where there is access to the underground garage via entrance and exit ramps, and access to the parking lot on the field via an internal road. Pedestrian access is possible from all sides of the complex – Jurija Gagarin Street, Red Army Boulevard, and Uroš Martinović Street.
A special curiosity is an Orthodox church, located on the northern part of building plot no. 2902/7, secluded from the busiest roads, and tucked away in a quieter part of the complex. In terms of form, it represents a synthesis of classical patterns of church architecture in the Orthodox Serbian cultural space. According to its typology, the temple is five-domed, with a developed inscribed cross, with southern and northern vestibules and two belfries. The common inner courtyard, bordered by residential and commercial buildings, through paved plateaus, deep planters with the possibility of planting tall plants, green cascades, stairs, and footbridges, naturally connects to the port of the temple and together with it forms an intimate and comfortable environment in the heart of the urban fabric of typical New Belgrade blocks.
