The purpose of the facility is a warehouse with an administrative building. The warehouse is designed as a rack with a height level of + 1m about the entrance zone. The whole area can also be used as storage.

The constructive system of the building consists of reinforced concrete pillars with primary roof reinforced concrete carriers and steel gratings (beams) as secondary supports. The ground floor of the building is a warehouse while the first floor is an administrative part of the facility. In the business part, there are offices, conference rooms, a hall, a dining room with a kitchen, a counter hall, a sanitary area, dressing rooms, and others.
The facade in the warehouse part is done in sandwich panels while in the business part, the facade is a curtain wall. The roof cover is a trapezoidal sheet with mineral wool fillings.
